Different templates are used for components of different specifications, The operator uses an electric soldering iron and solder wire to weld the front electrode (negative electrode) of the "front battery" to the back electrode (positive electrode) of the "rear battery", so as to connect 36 pieces in series and weld leads at the positive and negative electrodes of the assembly string.

4. Lamination laying: after the back is connected in series and passed the inspection, lay the component string, glass and cut EVA, glass fiber and back plate according to a certain level and prepare for lamination. The glass is coated with a layer of primer in advance to increase the bonding strength between glass and EVA. During laying, ensure the relative position of battery string and glass and other materials, and adjust the distance between batteries to lay a good foundation for lamination. 9. They pointed to the millions of dollars the major utilities spend on campaign contributions that flow to state officials, many with a say over appointments to the five-commissioner agency, and the 96 lobbyists working on those companies’ behalf.“The power the utility industry has . . . is enormous,” said Mike Fasano, a Republican who served in the state Legislature for two decades, “and anyone that tries to tell you differently is lying.”The story of natural gas in Florida is also a story of FPL, which serves roughly half the state’s customers. The company, based in Juno Beach, started down this road to wean itself off oil. Then natural-gas prices jumped more than fivefold in the U.S. between early 1999 and mid-2008, with some of that increase ending up in utility bills.In 2004, as FPL again sought to pass on higher fuel costs to customers, its officials said they would diversify their electricity generation to blunt such swings.Instead, FPL doubled its reliance on natural gas. If the Obama-era Clean Power Plan were in effect, FPL said it would already be in compliance far ahead of schedule — with coal just 3.5%of its mix and falling, its rate of carbon emissions is 30%better than the national average. Even replacing old gas plants with new ones substantially reduces those emissions, FPL said.What upsets critics isn’t the shift to gas, but the extent of it — and that FPL and other Florida utilities are still adding gas plants. This high reliance carries risks, the organization noted.Past governors called for more renewable energy. Bush, a Republican who served from 1999 to 2007, worried about over-reliance on gas. "The panels are very smooth, so sometimes you can get an entire section to fall off with just a few nudges. The rest of the year, the rain does a pretty good job of keeping them clean." What if you move? Purvis said most homeowners just transfer the solar energy account to the new owner at the time of sale. Kristen Currier said if they chose to move before their solar panels are paid off, they can either incorporate the remaining cost of the panels into the sale or the company can remove them and install them on the Curriers' next home. Because solar panels are tied into the larger electrical grid, when there is a power failure, a solar-powered home will also be out of power, unless they have invested in a battery backup. "This is necessary because if there is a power failure in the grid and they are working on the lines and your home sends power to the grid, it could be extremely dangerous," Purvis said. "You can, however, add a backup battery system that will solve that problem." Both Kleck and Kristen Currier say an additional benefit of their solar energy installation is knowing they are using clean energy. "Solar was definitely a worthwhile investment for us," Kleck said, "Not only will it save us a bunch of money in the long run, but we are doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint." Solar Power Crisis Blamed on Tory Government As Number of New Installations Plummets 80%
The number of solar panels being installed in the UK has fallen by more than 80 per cent, according to an analysis of new figures in the latest sign that the industry is being strangled by government policies despite being one of the cheapest sources of electricity. The Solar Trade Association (STA), which produced the figures based on recently released government statistics, found the first three months of this year had seen a catastrophic collapse in the number of solar panels being put upfollowing the withdrawal of virtually all subsidies, a stunning business rate hike of up to 800 per cent and the imposition of red tape. No form of energy generation renewable or fossil fuel can currently be built without some form of subsidy and the STA stressed it was simply seeking a level-playing field. Overall, there was an 81 per cent decline in new solar panel capacity compared to the average over 2016. The STA said it was particularly concerned by a 65 per cent drop in the number of large-scale solar schemes on hospitals, factories and other large buildings, which may well have been caused by the business rate increase. The figures equate to just one large factory roof having solar panels fitted every month in the whole of the country. And the number of people putting solar panels on their homes is now at a six-year low. Between January and March, there were about 650 rooftop deployments a week a fall of more than 75 per cent on the long-term average of 2,700 a week since 2010. The number of new solar farms, producing large amounts of cheap and green electricity for the grid, has also crashed after being shut out of a heavily distorted electricity market. New installations are running at about an eighth of the level in January last year. Under government rules, solar has not been allowed to bid against other power generators for contracts to supply electricity at a guaranteed price even though it is in a position to save money for consumers. Paul Barwell, the STAs chief executive, said: At a time when we need more generation, the Government is hindering market competition against the best interests of consumers by suppressing the tremendous potential of solar power in the UK. Solar is being needlessly impeded in the UK by shock taxes, red tape and by a serious failure in the only remaining supportive policy. We urge Government to act now to stabilise the industry. He stressed they were not asking for any new rooftop subsidies despite clear difficulties. What we are asking for, and urgently, is fair tax treatment, fixes to a failing policy, less red tape and just a level playing field, said Mr Barwell, who insisted the Government would not be able to "thwart technological progress". It makes no sense to shut the most popular and cheapest clean power out of the energy market. Thats the last thing that consumers and a healthy, competitive market needs. Frans van den Heuvel, chief executive of private firm Solarcentury, said the business rate increase was really very unhelpful. Whether deliberate or not, the UK Government is acting to frustrate the success of this technology and the solar industry here in the UK, he said. However, such complaints fell on deaf ears in Whitehall. A spokesperson for the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy said: This Government wants Britain to be one of the best places in the world to invest in clean, flexible energy. Solar power is a great success, with more than 11 gigawatts of capacity installed in the past five years thats enough to power more than 2.6 million homes with clean electricity. Nina Schrank, an energy campaigner at Greenpeace UK, said: The UK is missing its moment in the sun. Globally there has been record installation of solar panels. Solar technology is improving, costs are falling and forward-thinking nations are harnessing the power of the sun for clean, green energy. But UK ministers are stifling this cutting-edge industry instead of seizing the opportunity for jobs, investment and cheap energy. Damaging tax hikes are making solar investment uneconomic for the UK. Our Government could be cutting off an entire sector, with major growth potential, at a time when we need strong industries and action on climate. They should put their money where their mouth is, and provide the necessary support to actually allow the solar industry to be the great success it should be, rather than holding it back unnecessarily and burying their heads in the sand.
